At Wadid Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging, with all components and manuals included
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or negligence are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or special-order mirrors
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or downloadable software/products
3. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If the item meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
