1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in processing due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout. In case of special promotions, expedited shipping options, or oversized items, additional charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Wadid Shop is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@wadidshop.site.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us at support@wadidshop.site within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
    We will work with the carrier and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Confirmation

All shipments will be marked as “delivered” once confirmed by the carrier. If you did not receive your package but the tracking status shows it as delivered, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.

9. Oversized or Fragile Items

Some of our larger or more fragile bathroom mirrors may require special packaging or additional handling time. In such cases, we will inform you during checkout or by email after your order is placed.
